Our Review:

Shemale Sexdates’ headline says it all really – with this site, you’re only a few clicks away from hooking up with a fabulous transsexual or transvestite for fun, sex and more. With more than 100,000 members, all of which are actively seeking hookups and more on the site, users simply have to upload their details to a new Shemale Sexdates profile and begin searching through local hotties today.

Making a new profile on Shemale Sexdates couldn’t be simpler. Users can choose how much or how little information is shared with other users by adjusting the site’s preference settings. Users can also add as many images as they like to their profile, and can also collate their images together into themed galleries if they wish. Although the image features on Shemale Sexdates profiles are good, we were a little disappointed (especially given how much the site costs to subscribe to) that users aren’t able to add videos to their profiles as well as images. Shemale Sexdates does however, have a wide range of powerful tools that help to make getting in touch with other members a little easier. Users can try out the high quality instant messaging service to chat in real-time with other users, or send more detailed messages through the site’s email service. Users can also chat more generally using the forums and messageboards, or send winks and flirts to other users if you’re too shy to make the first move yourself!

Although members can enjoy many of the features offered by Shemale Sexdates for free by trialling the site’s basic membership, in order to unlock all of the features available at the site, members must upgrade to premium membership. This is where Shemale Sexdates really falls down in our opinion, with the cost of joining the site being vastly disproportionate to both the number of members online on the site and the features on offer. With a year’s membership costing a little less than $240 at its cheapest (with the actual bill rising to around $360 if you opt for a monthly recurring membership fee), this site certainly isn’t cheap, especially when compared to other sites we have reviewed (including many in our top ten in this category). Although there are several good features on offer at Shemale Sexdates, we definitely don’t feel the site is worth this exorbitant fee and would recommend that our readers check out some of the other sites we have reviewed in this category.
