I've been a paid member of this site for about 6 months now. It took me awhile to upgrade because there's lots of stuff to do for free on the site, but eventually I had to so I could write to someone I was interested in. Glad I did! Been on lots of dates with trans women since and I'm only moderately good looking. haha.
Because they have a good free membership, it's worth making a profile at the very least, for a test drive. Free stuff includes chat rooms and webcam chat.
I think this one is the best mostly because the number of members. I joined 2 other sites before this one and didn't find enough ts members in my city. I guess because tsmeet.com is part of a bigger network is how they have the most.
There's no fake profiles that I can tell, but occasionally you'll find a spammer or an escort trying to make use of the site. Avoid those people for sure.
Not sure what the other negative reviewer here is talking about. Sounds like an angry competitor.
